Biscuit :
4 jaunes dœuf
100g sucre
100g farine
1 pincée de sel
4 blacs dœuf en neige
four préchauffé à 230°C
bien beurrer le papier cuisson
6 minutes (commence à dorer)
Crème :
200g beurre
1 tablette de chocolat dessert
50g de sucre glace
5 jaunes dœuf
Cest un peu gras… Et il y a un peu de crème en reste.
